The NBL Store does auctions now?

The NBL, the NBL Store, and various NBL and NBA players are banding together to raise some much-needed funds for those affected by the Australian Bushfire Crisis. The Bushfire Relief Auction will see some rare & signed pieces of basketball memorabilia going under the hammer, with all proceeds from the Auction being donated to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery.

How do I place a bid?

Simply create an account or log in and you’re able to place a bid on the product you want to bid for.

Do I need to pay when I bid?

Nope! You only pay if you've won the auction. We definitely recommend only bidding what you can actually afford, just in case you win.

Will I be notified if someone places a bid higher than mine?

You’ll automatically receive an email when someone outbids you, so be sure to keep an eye on your emails!

How will I know if I’ve won?

You’ll receive an email to let you know you’ve won. You’ll receive a separate email to complete your order and finalise your payment for the items. Your order will ship out just like any other order from the NBL Store with tracking so you can see when your new memorabilia will arrive.

How long do I have to pay?

You'll have 7 days to complete your order via the order invoice email. After 7 days, you'll forfeit your winning bid and we'll award the item to the next highest bidder.

How do I see a history of my bids?

You can log in to your NBL Store account and see your bids on your account page. Find the auction you're curious about, and click the 'View' button.

I accidentally placed a really large bid. Help!

Not to worry, just get in touch with us via our contact page and let us know. We can manually remove your bid for you.
