­čÄä Christmas Period Extended Returns

Orders purchased between midnight November 15th 2019 and midnight December 24th 2019 will be eligible for an extended Christmas Period Exchange or Return.

Eligible orders must be returned to us before Friday 17th January to be exchanged or refunded.

All orders are shipped with a Returns Form which can be completed and returned to us along with the original item(s).

  1. Complete your returns form and send the item back using the instructions on the form.
  2. Ensure the item is still in brand new, re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact, and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
  3. Once received, we will endeavour to process your exchange, or return within 5 business days.
  4. We will contact you with further details regarding your exchange, return, or refund.
  5. All exchanges are shipped back to you FREE of charge.

If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.
