Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

You can also earn points for creating an account, signing up to SMS marketing, Birthday rewards and following NBL Store on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. In addition to earning points, members have the chance to get early access to drops, priority customer support and a personalised jersey of choice.You can view the full list of perks and tiers on our rewards page.

Simply create an account here. Enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive the latest drops and promotions. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

100 points = $5

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always equals $5. For Example, as a Rookie and Pro, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $200, you'll earn 200 points which equals $10 dollars in rewards.

When you move up to become an All-Star you will be earning points 1.25 times as fast, for e.g. when you spend $200→ you’ll earn 250 points which equals $12.50 in rewards dollars.

Hall of Famers will earn points 1.5x as fast, for e.g. when you spend $200→ you’ll earn 300 points which equals $15 in rewards dollars.

Yes. Points expire 12 months after you earned them on a rolling basis. After 12 months, your points for that specific purchase will be removed if not redeemed. Note: Each time you earn points, the 12 months will start specfically for these points. For e.g. If John made a purchase in December 2022 and earned 100 points, then made another purchase in February 2023 and earned 200 points, his 100 points would expire in December 2023 and his 200 points would expire in February 2024.

If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms & Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt-out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.

Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Once you are in Rookie, Pro, All-Star or Hall of Famer, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status or even move up a tier!

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.

If you reach the Hall of Famer tier, you’re entitled to 1 personalized jersey of your choice per rolling year. For clarity; once you are in the Hall of Famer tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it.

*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.

Tiers reset after a 12 month period from date of tier entry. Rolling year is a dynamic 12-month period starting when a customer reaches a certain tier. For e.g. when you reach the All-Star tier, you will be eligible to stay in this tier for 12 months unless you move up to the Hall of Famer tier within this period. If you move up to Hall of Famer, the dynamic 12-month period will reset from the date of entry. At the end of this 12 month period you will get a final call to spend your rewards before a reset i.e. re-starting at Rookie.

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Whilst we strive to reflect the currency you have selected on site, we cannot guarantee it will accurately show your choice of currency across all features of the loyalty program. Where this is the case, the default currency will be AUD. However, if you wish to proceed to checkout and purchase, your currency of choice will be displayed.
